Who we are

This website is run by Zaman Archihomes Ltd (ArchiHomes), 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. Registered in England & Wales No. 17178531. We are responsible for the personal information described here. Contact us at info@archihomes.co.uk or +44 20 8150 3655.

What we collect

• Enquiries and project briefs: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the project location and details, and how you heard about us.
• How you reached the site: when you send an enquiry we record the campaign tags in the link you followed, the website that referred you and the page you landed on.
• Consultation bookings: when you book through Calendly we receive your name, email address and the booking time.
• Spam protection: we use your IP address to limit repeated submissions. It is stored only as a one-way code and removed within a day.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to see which pages are visited and how people move through the site.

Why we use it

We use your enquiry details to reply to you, discuss your project and, if you go ahead, manage the work. This is necessary to take steps you have asked for before entering into a contract. We use referral and analytics information to understand which pages and marketing help people find us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. It is handled for us by the services that run the site: Vercel (hosting and forms), our database provider (storing enquiries), Resend (delivering enquiry emails to our inbox), Calendly (bookings) and Google (analytics and web fonts). Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records while we discuss your project and, if you become a client, for as long as we need them for that work and our legal and accounting records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy. Email info@archihomes.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
